No. You can reserve your spot with a small deposit or choose our "Reserve now, pay later" option. The balance is due on the day of the service.
We accept cash (EUR), credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), and bank transfers. All online payments are securely processed.
Yes – you can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a partial charge to cover the reserved vehicle.
Your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name. You’ll also receive their direct phone number by SMS the day before pickup.
Always. We monitor your flight number in real time and adjust your pickup automatically, so a delay never means a missed transfer.
Yes – simply tick "include return transfer" on the booking form and we’ll lock in both legs of your journey together.

We operate a modern fleet of premium vehicles: Peugeot Traveller (8‑seater luxury vans) and Audi Q5 (premium SUVs). All are air‑conditioned, equipped with Wi‑Fi, USB chargers, and bottled water.
Yes – simply tell us the age of your child when booking and we’ll have the right seat fitted and ready at no extra cost.
Our vans can accommodate up to 8 standard suitcases plus hand luggage. The SUV fits up to 3 suitcases. If you have extra luggage, let us know and we’ll arrange a suitable vehicle.
